Notice of AGM

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), the premium performance nutrition company serving elite athletes, sports enthusiasts and the gym lifestyle community, announces that it has posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders.

The Board strongly encourages all shareholders to vote on the resolutions by proxy before the deadline of 11am on 23 June 2020. This is because of the restrictive measures put in place by Government as a result of COVID-19 and also in light of the Board's responsibility to safeguard the health of its shareholders, employees and the wider community. The Company's view, which is supported by the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA), is that attendance at a general meeting by a shareholder, other than one specifically required to form the quorum for that meeting, is not essential for work purposes. The Company has arranged for a quorum to be present in person at the meeting. Accordingly, we hereby notify shareholders that anyone seeking to attend the meeting in person will be refused entry. Shareholders are asked instead to submit their proxy vote online or by completing their form of proxy in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notice of AGM.

The AGM will take place at 11am on 25 June 2020 at the Company's registered and head office, 16-18 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8AT.
