Total Voting Rights

Symphony International Holdings Limited ("Symphony" or the "Company") (LSE: SIHL) announces that as at 30 November 2017 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 489,971,592 ordinary shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 489,971,592. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The figure of 489,971,592 may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
