First Interim Dividend

 

The Board of Shires Income PLC has declared a first interim dividend of 3.2p per Ordinary share in respect of the year to 31 March 2022 (2021: first interim dividend - 3.0p) payable on 29 October 2021 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 8 October 2021 (ex-dividend date 7 October 2021).

 

Subject to unforeseen circumstances, it is proposed to pay two further interim dividends of 3.2p per Ordinary share in respect of the financial year and, as in previous years, the Board will decide on the level of final dividend having reviewed the full year's results, taking into account the outcome of the revenue account for the year and the general outlook for the portfolio's investment income at that time. However, it is the Board's current intention that the final dividend will be no less than 4.2p per Ordinary share (2021: 4.2p), resulting in a total dividend for the year of at least 13.8p per Ordinary share (2021: 13.2p).
