Scotgold Resources Limited ("Scotgold" or "the Company") (ASX:SGZ) (AIM:SGZ)announces that on 16 August 2013 it received notification from Mr Shane Sadleir, that following the sale by Mr Sadleir of 3,937,500 ordinary shares, he no longer has a notifable holding in Scotgold as his interest is now below 3% of the Company's issued share capital.
