Sigma Capital Group PLC24 July 2007 SIGMA CAPITAL GROUP PLC ("the Company") 24 July 2007 DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS The Company announces that, on 24 July 2007, Mark Hogarth, Investment Director,exercised options over 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("Shares") at 9.5p per Share. Following this exercise, Mr Hogarth's interestcomprises 100,431 Shares and 755,000 options over Shares. Application will be made for the admission to trading on AIM of the 100,000 newShares, and dealings are expected to commence on 31 July 2007.
