Sigma Capital Group PLC11 June 2007 For Immediate Release 11 June 2007 SIGMA CAPITAL GROUP PLC ("Sigma" or the "Company") Investment in Sigma by West Coast Capital Sigma Capital Group plc (AIM:SGM), the specialist asset management and advisorygroup, is pleased to announce that it has agreed the terms of a £2,429,148investment into the Company by West Coast Capital, a private equity fund foundedby Sir Tom Hunter, via subsidiary TBH Investments Limited. Sigma is pleased to advise that today the Company and West Coast Capital enteredinto a placing agreement ("the Agreement") under which West Coast Capital hasagreed to subscribe for 4,858,297 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("thePlacing Shares") at a price of 50p per share, conditional upon inter alia thepassing of certain shareholder resolutions to be proposed at an EGM, theapproval of the Financial Services Authority and the admission of the PlacingShares to trading on AIM. The Placing Shares rank pari passu with the existingordinary shares in issue and application will be made to the London StockExchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
