This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
Sage announces that Amanda Cusdin, who is a member of the Executive Committee of Sage, has exercised options over 1,744 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at an option price of 516 pence per share under The Sage Group Save and Share Plan on 30 November 2021. The options were originally granted on 1 June 2018 and matured on 1 August 2021. The resultant total shareholding of Amanda Cusdin is 55,928 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence in Sage.
