The Sage Group plc. ("Sage") announces that Annette Court will be appointed as an independent non-executive director at Next plc, with effect from 1 March 2026 and as Senior Independent Director, with effect from 21 May 2026.
There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of UKLR 6.4.9R.
