Sage announces that Steve Hare, who is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Sage, exercised options over 2,980 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at an option price of £6.04 per share, under The Sage Save and Share Plan, on 23 August 2022. The options were originally granted on 14 June 2019 and matured on 1 August 2022. The resultant total shareholding of Steve Hare is 388,625 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage.
