The Sage Group plc. (Sage) announces that Jonathan Howell, Chief Financial Officer of Sage has been appointed as an independent Non-executive Director to the Board of Experian plc, with effect from 1 May 2021.
There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.14.
