The Sage Group plc. ("Sage") announces that Jonathan Howell is to be appointed as an independent Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Whitbread PLC with effect from 1 January 2026.
There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of UKLR 6.4.9R.
