Sinosoft Technology plc21 December 2006 SINOSOFT TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SINOSOFT" OR "THE COMPANY") PRE-CLOSE TRADING STATEMENT DECEMBER 2006 Sinosoft, the China-based developer and provider of software and IT solutions toChinese regional and national government agencies and export enterprises, ispleased to announce an update on trading prior to the Company's year end on 31December. Since Admission to AIM on 6 March 2006 the business has made good progresssecuring a number of valuable contracts with leading organisations. Its plans todevelop, install and support the roll out of its export tax software toprovincial tax bureaus with Chinese State Administration of Taxation ("the SAT")are on track and in line with the update the Company provided in August. The Financial performance of the Company is expected to be broadly in line withcurrent market expectations.
