Sinosoft Technology plc02 May 2007 Sinosoft Technology plc ("Sinosoft" or the "Company") AGM Statement Sinosoft Technology plc ("Sinosoft" or the "Company"), the China based developerand provider of software and IT solutions to Chinese regional and nationalgovernment agencies and export enterprises, held its Annual General Meeting inLondon today. All of the resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated6 March 2007, were approved by the Company's shareholders. At the meeting Mark Greaves, non-executive director, made the followingstatement to shareholders: "This is your company's first AGM since its Admission to AIM in March 2006.Since Admission, Sinosoft has successfully expanded its customer base with itse-government solutions and concluded various technology partnerships andalliances. The initial delay in the State Administration of Taxation ("SAT") projectroll-out was disappointing. However, the project is now progressing well and theproduct simulation phase is due to be completed very shortly. We are pleased toannounce that Anhui Province has been selected as the first province to followJiangsu province for the planned China-wide roll-out with installation ofback-end software at tax bureaus and sales to exporting enterprises expected tocommence in the third quarter of 2007. Other provinces are expected to be addedprogressively thereafter. Your Board has been pleased with the progress in 2007 so far and, with the SATroll-out commencing shortly, remains confident that Sinosoft will continue todeliver strong growth."
