Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, as at 30 April 2010, its capital consisted of 89,048,692 ordinary shares with voting rights, with no shares held in Treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares is 89,048,692.
The above number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
