The Company announces that in accordance with the authority given by its shareholders at its 2023 Annual General Meeting and pursuant to the Company's share buy-back announced on 17 April 2024 (the "Programme"), it has purchased the following ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through Panmure Liberum Limited:
