Dividend Record Date and Payment Date Correction
On 16th June 2021, Severfield plc announced, in conjunction with its preliminary results, a proposed final dividend for 2021.
The record date and the payment date for this dividend were incorrect and should have read:
"The board is recommending a final dividend of 1.8p per share (2020: 1.8p), payable on 3 September 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13 August 2021"
