Dividend Announcement
The Board of Directors of Severfield-Rowen Plc, the market leading structural steel group, has today declared a second interim dividend of 5.00p per ordinary share in lieu of the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2009.
This second interim dividend brings the total dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2009 to 15.00p per share (2008: 20.00p) and will be paid on 29 March 2010 to shareholders on the register on 5 March 2010. The ex dividend date will be 3 March 2010.
The preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009 will be announced on 23 March 2010.
