Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R
In accordance with the Directors' intentions stated in the Prospectus sent to shareholders dated 28 February 2013, each Director, to the extent they were able, took up their rights to subscribe in full for New Ordinary Shares under the Rights Issue or sold a sufficient number of their Nil Paid Rights to meet the costs of taking up the balance of their entitlements to New Ordinary Shares under the Rights Issue.
Following the Rights Issue, the interests of the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility are as follows:

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company has received notification in relation to each of the above Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (and their respective connected persons) that on completion of the Rights Issue each is interested in ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company as stated in the table above.
