Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc (the "Company")
Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them
The following notifications made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) relates to transactions in the Company's shares notified to the Company on 23rd December, 2016 by Shebah Petroleum Development Company Limited, a person closely associated with the Company's Chairman and a PDMR, Dr. Ambrosie Bryant Chukwueloka Orjiako.
On 21st December, 2016 18,500,000 shares in the Company previously registered in the name of Constant Petroleum Limited and held beneficially on behalf of Shebah Petroleum Development Company Limited were re-transferred directly into the name of Shebah Petroleum Development Company Limited.
On 22nd December, 2016 Shebah Petroleum Development Company Limited sold 7,636,912 shares in the Company to existing shareholder Petrolin Trading Limited.
