Notice of U.S. Inflation Reduction Act Webinar
SDCL, as investment manager to SEEIT, will host an online webinar on the U.S.'s Inflation Reduction Act for investors from 13:00-14:00 on 8 November 2023.
The purpose of the webinar is to provide investors an explanation of the workings and major provisions of the largest climate investment in U.S. history - including its overall structure, the renewable technologies it covers, and funding parameters - and how companies in SEEIT's portfolio can take advantage of the policy. The webinar will also include a short Q&A session.
Attending the webinar will be senior management figures from SDCL and one of SEEIT's portfolio companies, including:
· Jonathan Maxwell, CEO of SDCL
· Purvi Sapre, Fund Manager of SEEIT
· Buck Fletcher, CFO of Onyx Renewable Partners
Thomas Rosen, Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking for Low Carbon Transition Group North America for BNP Paribas will also share his expertise on the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act, focusing on its details and broader impact as a policy.

The Company is targeting a dividend of 6.24p per share in respect of the financial year to 31 March 2024. SEEIT's last published NAV was 101.5p per share as at 31 March 2023.
