SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc("SEEIT" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
In accordance with the requirements of UK Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") Article 19, the Company announces that it was notified on 9 September 2022 that Tony Roper, Chris Knowles and Sarika Patel subscribed to 5,000 new issue Ordinary Shares, 40,000 new issue Ordinary Shares and 20,000 new issue Ordinary Shares respectively, for a price of 114.0 pence per Ordinary Share as part of the placing, the results of which were announced by the Company on 7 September 2022. Chris Knowles has distributed 30,000 of his subscribed shares to various family members, none of whom constitute a person closely associated to a PDMR under MAR, for nil consideration.
