SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION
The Company received advice on 29 October 2010 from CFS Independent Limited, that it has an interest in 12,417,112 ordinary shares in the Company. Of these 271,077 ordinary shares are held directly through the holding nominee company CFS Nominees Limited and a further 12,146,035 ordinary shares are held indirectly.
CFS Independent Limited therefore controls voting rights over ordinary shares representing 3.06% of the shares on issue.
