("Seeing Machines" or the "Company")
SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION
The Company received advice on 30 August 2010 that the Australian National University has transferred 18,862,687 Ordinary Shares to a number of investors with private superannuation funds. The transfers were done as off market transactions at $0.0583 cents per share (GBP 0.0333 pence per share based on an exchange rate of GBP /AUD 0.5717).
The transfers mean that the Australian National University holding is now 20,000,000 representing 4.93% of the total number of shares on issue.
