Directorate Changes

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), a leading developer of facial image processing software for applications that rely on understanding the movement of human faces and eyes, announces today the appointment of Kenneth (Ken) Kroeger to the board of Seeing Machines as Managing Director and the resignation of past Chairman William (Bill) Mobbs as a director of the Company. Mr Mobbs resignation takes effect from the 31st of December 2011 and Mr Kroeger's appointment is with immediate effect.

Bill Mobbs who joined the board of the Company in 2006 and took over as Chairman in 2009 leaves the board to concentrate on his other business interests.

Ken Kroeger, aged 50, is a successful technology entrepreneur who founded Catalyst Interactive, an internationally recognised 3-D simulation and training provider (later acquired by KBR). At Catalyst Interactive, Ken grew the organisation from inception to an international business through technical innovation and sound leadership.

Ken's background in technology, research and development, business management and sales has provided Seeing Machines with a strong commercial focus since his appointment as CEO in July 2011.

David Gaul, the current Chairman of the Company commented:
