Seeing Machines Appoints New CFO

Canberra, Australia, 17th June 2013 - Seeing Machines (AIM: SEE), today announces the appointment of James Walker to the position of CFO with immediate effect. 

James is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.

Most recently James was CFO and COO and, for 7 months, acting CEO, of Optalert Limited, a company specialising in driver fatigue monitoring technology.

He brings extensive experience as a CFO across a range of international high growth businesses in the mining services, hospitality, biotechnology and technology commercialisation sectors.

James brings particular experience in M&A transactions, IPO listing, Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) compliance, corporate governance, raising capital and institution and shareholder communications.
