SEC Newgate S.p.A. (AIM: SECG.L) has been notified that Ms Emma Kane, Deputy Group CEO of the Company, has purchased certificates of depository interests ("CDIs") over 95,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value at a price of 43p per CDI. This is in addition to the 51,252 CDIs that Ms Kane purchased on 3 October 2019.
Following this purchase, Ms Kane is beneficially interested in 402,722 CDIs in SEC Newgate, representing 1.66 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
