Director's Dealing
SEC Newgate (AIM: SECG), the international communications, advocacy and research group has been notified that, on 9 April 2020, John Foley, Chairman of the Company, transferred certificates of depository interests ("CDIs") over a total of 64,015 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company to his personal SIPP, managed on a discretionary basis by EFG Harris Allday ("SIPP"). The CDIs, which were sold at 33.5p per CDI and purchased by his SIPP at 33.55p per CDI, will be subject to lock-in arrangements until 4 September 2020. Arden Partners plc, the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, has waived Mr Foley's existing lock-in arrangement for the purposes of this transfer only.
Following this transfer, John Foley has an unchanged interest in 64,015 Shares, representing approximately 0.26% of the issued share capital of the Company.
