SEC Newgate S.p.A. (AIM: SECG.L) has been notified that Ms Emma Kane, an Executive Director of the Company, has purchased certificates of depository interests ("CDIs") over 51,252 Ordinary Shares of no par value at a price of 37.5p per CDI.
Following this purchase, Ms Kane is beneficially interested in 307,722 CDIs in SEC Newgate, representing 1.26 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
