Board appointment
SEC announces that Paola Bruno (aged 50) has joined the Board of Directors as an independent non-executive director, with immediate effect.
Commenting on Paola's appointment, Mr Fiorenzo Tagliabue, SEC's Chief Executive Officer, said: "We welcome Paola Bruno to the Board. She has a strong financial background and experience working in and being on the boards of public companies. She has been living in London since in 1993, when she worked at UBS, and her experience gained since will be of great value to us".
