DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS: Notification under DTR 3.1.2R

Speedy Hire announces the following changes to Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs") interests in the Company.

We have been advised that on 8 March 2011 James Morley, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee acquired 14,690 ordinary 5p shares in the Company at a price per share of 28.95p. Following this transaction, Mr Morley has an interest of 165,000 shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
