Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made for 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Admission is expected to become effective on 1 February 2016.

The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company and will be issued pursuant to The Speedy Hire Sharesave Scheme, and The Speedy Hire 2007 Irish Sharesave Scheme.
