Screen Technology Group plc11 February 2008 Screen Technology Group plc (the "Company") Trading Update The Company announced on 28 September 2007, that the Board considered that afurther fund raising was necessary to support the Company through its earlyadoption phase. On 6 November 2007 the Company announced a Loan and Trading Agreement withShearline Precision Engineering Limited which provided the Company withadditional financial resources. Since this date the Board has continued toactively pursue a number of opportunities for further funding. Further finance will be required by the Company within the next few weeks andalthough such funding is not yet certain, the Company continues to explorevarious financing alternatives. The Board anticipates that it will be in aposition to announce the outcome of the refinancing discussions within the nextfour weeks.
