Further to the announcement made yesterday by Bunzl plc ("Bunzl"), Softcat notes that Vin Murria, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will join the Board of Bunzl as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2020. Bunzl is a specialist international distribution and services group.
