The following notification is made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR"). It relates to the exercise of 66,864 nil-cost options by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") on 7 April 2021 under the Softcat plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and the sale of a portion of the resulting Ordinary Shares ("Shares") to cover tax liabilities. The remaining Shares have been retained by the PDMR.
