POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF AGM

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited [LSE: SCGL] ("Sealand" or the "Company"), an IT, Social Media & Technology company focused on consolidating compelling opportunities in the global marketplace makes the following announcement. 

The Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and hard copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the years ending 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 will be posted to shareholders on or around 16 December 2024.

The Company's AGM will be held at 11:00am on 10 January 2025 at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP at 8th Floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW.
