Launch of Heath London Tmall Global Flagship store

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) is delighted to announce that the Company has launched the Heath London Tmall Global Flagship store on Tmall.com, a leading Chinese-language website for business-to-consumer (B2C) online retail that allows local Chinese and international businesses to sell brand name goods to consumers in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau (together "Greater China"). On 23 July 2021, Sealand announced that it had entered into an exclusive distribution contract with Heath London, a British male skincare brand, in Greater China. The flagship Store was officially launched on 25 September 2021.

The demand for male skincare products in China continues to grow. According to Tmall sales data, the value of male skincare products sold in 2020 exceeded RMB 300 million. Certain individual products recorded an annual growth of 15-20%, with some British and other European male skincare brands recording annual sales of RMB 5 million to RMB 10 million within in their first year on the Tmall e-commerce platform.
