Launch of Online Store - replacement

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) is delighted to announce that the Company has launched its own online store, England Pie www.yingchaopai.tmall.hk on Tmall.com. The store will go live on 18 July 2021.

Tmall.com is a Chinese-language website for business-to-consumer (B2C) online retail, allowing local Chinese and international businesses to sell brand name goods to consumers in in Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China ("the territories").

England Pie has been registered as a trademark in Hong Kong by the Company and is a multi-brand store. Some of the products for which the Company has exclusive distribution rights in the territories are also available on England Pie. These brands include Richard James & HH Simonsen products.   

Richard James is a Savile Row tailor and menswear company, and the Company is the sole distributor of that brand's Aqva Aromatica Scents Collection in the territories. HH Simonsen is a Jutland, Denmark-based provider of professional styling tools, brushes, and hair products to salons, stylists, and consumers.

Further brands will follow on England Pie and the Company projects to derive revenues of HK$ 10 million from England Pie in its first year.
