Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 5 August 2020 that Geoff Carter, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 180,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company on 5 August 2020 to his spouse, Mrs M Carter.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Carter continue to hold 1,545,372 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.62 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company further announces that it was notified on 5 August 2020 that Adam Westwood, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 180,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company on 5 August 2020 to his spouse, Mrs H Westwood.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Westwood continue to hold 652,303 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.26 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Further details of the Transaction are set out below and in the attached notification as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
