Completion of Buyback Programme

On 1 July 2025, Sabre Insurance Group plc announced an on-market share buyback programme to purchase up to a maximum aggregate consideration of £5 million (the "Buyback Programme"), in accordance with the authority given by its shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2025. The Buyback Programme commenced on 1 July 2025.

The Company confirms that, having repurchased 3,400,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a total consideration of £4,997,750, the Buyback Programme is now complete. The average price of Ordinary Shares bought back under the Buyback Programme was 146.99 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following cancellation of the above Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital will consist of 246,600,000 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of £0.001 each, with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company once the cancellation process has been completed will therefore be 246,600,000.
