LISTING AGREEMENT: CLAUSE 16
CLOSURE OF BANK'S REGISTER OF THE SHAREHOLDERS FOR PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND FOR THE ACCOUNTING YEAR ENDED 31ST MARCH, 2013
In terms of clause 16 of the Listing Agreement, we advise that the Register of shareholders of the Bank will be closed for transfer of shares from Thursday, the 30th May 2013 to Monday, 3rd June 2013 ( Both days inclusive), for payment of dividend, if any, for the accounting year 2013-13. As informed to the Exchange vide our letter no. CC/S&B/MJ359 dated 14.05.2013, the proposal for declaration of dividend, if any, for the accounting year 2012-13 will be considered by the Central Board of the Bank at its Meeting scheduled to be held on 23.05.2013.
2. In terms of Clause 31(c ) of the Listing Agreement, we enclose for your information, three copies of the public notice being issued in connection with the closure Register of the shareholders
