LISTING AGREEMENT: CLAUSE 30 RETIREMENT OF THE DIRECTORS
In terms of clause 30(b) of the Listing Agreement, we advise that consequent to retirement on superannuation; the term of office of Mr. S. K. Bhattacharyya, Director of the Bank's Central Board under section 19(b) of the SBI Act 1955, has ended on 31.10.2010.
