CLAUSE 20 & 20A: DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND &

INTIMATION OF THE DATE OF PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND

FOR THE ACCOUNTING YEAR ENDED 31ST MARCH, 2012

In terms of Clause 20 & 20A of the Listing Agreement, we advise that the Central Board of the Bank, at its Meeting held on date, has declared a Dividend of Rs.35/- per share (350%) for the accounting year ended 31st March, 2012.

2. We further advise that the date of payment of the above Dividend is fixed as 15th June, 2012 and the dividend warrants will be payable at par at all branches of State Bank of India, in India, irrespective of the amount.
