The Supervisory Board preliminary approved the 2015 annual report and theannual accounting (financial) statements of Sberbank and proposed to theAnnual General Shareholders' Meeting to approve them. The Supervisory Board recommended to the Annual General Shareholders'Meeting to approve the distribution of profits and payment of dividends for2015 on ordinary shares in the amount of 1.97 rubles per share and onpreferred shares - 1.97 rubles per share.
