Appointment of Joint Broker

Savannah Resources Plc (AIM: SAV, FWB: SAV and SWB: SAV), the AIM quoted resource development company, is pleased to advise that it has appointed WH Ireland Limited ('WH Ireland') to act as Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

David Archer, Savannah's Chief Executive Officer said, "We look forward to working with WH Ireland which will act as Joint Broker for the Group in the UK market. WH Ireland has a long track record in supporting growth companies and has a sizeable franchise in the junior mining sector. In recent years their team has gained significant experience from working with companies in the lithium space which should benefit Savannah, as we continue with our development plans for the Mina do Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal.

"It was announced in March 2020 that Panmure Gordon would be acquiring Whitman Howard. Whitman Howard is retiring as Joint Broker and I would like to thank the team at Whitman Howard for their efforts on behalf of Savannah over the past two years, first as Equity Adviser and then as Joint Broker.

"finnCap Ltd and SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP will continue in their roles as the Group's Joint Broker and Nominated Adviser, respectively. As announced on 27 May, Savannah is also being assisted in sourcing finance and partners for the Mina do Barroso Project by EIT InnoEnergy, the innovation engine for sustainable energy across Europe, which is responsible for the industrial development activities of the European Battery Alliance."
