BOARD CHANGES

Further to the announcement made on 10 September 2014, the Board of Santander UK is pleased to announce that Nathan Bostock has been appointed as CEO with immediate effect. As a result, Ana Botín has today relinquished her role as CEO but will remain on the Board in a non-executive capacity.
