Admission of ordinary shares to trading on AIM
3Legs Resources plc (the "Company") announces that it has applied for 43,567 ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares have been issued to the four non-executive Directors of the Company, in part payment of non-executive Directors' fees.
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in these Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 11 April 2014. Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 84,938,374 Ordinary Shares.
