Director's purchase of ordinary shares and shareholding
3Legs Resources plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notice of the following purchase of ordinary shares in the Company by Directors of the Company.
On 27 March:
·; Timothy Eggar, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company purchased 50,000 shares of 0.025 pence each in the Company at a price of 34.0 pence per share.
·; Kamlesh Parmar, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company purchased 15,000 shares of 0.025 pence each in the Company at a price of 33.8 pence per share.
·; David Bremner, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 30,000 shares of 0.025 pence each in the Company at a price of 34.0 pence per share.
·; Richard Hills, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 15,000 shares of 0.025 pence each in the Company at a price of 34.0 pence per share.
·; Rod Perry, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 50,000 shares of 0.025 pence each in the Company at a price of 34.0 pence per share.
As a result of the purchases, the above Directors now have the following interests in the Company:
