SpaceandPeople, the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, has been notified that Matthew Bending, CEO of SpaceandPeople, has bought 28,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 January 2013 at a price of 72.0p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Bending and his wife now have a beneficial interest in 2,093,000 Ordinary Shares representing 10.8 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
