The Scottish American Investment Company PLC capital consists of 178,315,943 ordinary shares. The Scottish American Investment Company PLC holds 3,040,185 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Scottish American Investment Company PLC is 175,275,758 as at 31 January 2025.

The above figure (175,275,758) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The Scottish American Investment Company PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
