Board changes

Saga plc ("Saga" or "the Group"), the UK's specialist in products and services for life after 50, announces that Jonathan Hill, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his decision to resign from Saga to join Paddy Power Betfair Plc as Chief Financial Officer. Jonathan will remain with Saga until September.

The Board and the management team are extremely grateful for the contribution Jonathan has made to Saga over the last three years, and wish him every success in the future.

The search process for a successor to Jonathan will start immediately and Saga will update the market as soon as this has concluded.
